Selection Process of KPTCL Jr. Station Attendant & Powerman
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic qualifications and marks, followed by a mandatory Kannada Language Test. The selection process will include a challenging Endurance Test with the following components:
- Mandatory Pole Climbing: Candidates must successfully climb an 8-meter pole.
- Physical Fitness Tests:
- 100-meter sprint in 14 seconds or less
- 50 Skips in one minute
- Shot put (12-pound weight): Minimum throw of 8 meters
- 800-meter run in 3 minutes or less
